As the Founder and Owner of INT Ltd, I have led technology initiatives and delivered impactful digital projects across web, enterprise, and data-driven domains since 2009, including high-visibility platforms like egl.lv and latvija.lv. My professional journey blends hands-on technical execution with strategic leadership and organisational growth in dynamic environments.
In academia, I currently serve as Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology at Biznesa augstskola “Turība”, where I established faculty and continue to grow the faculty’s vision for future-ready IT talents and robust interdisciplinary programmes. In parallel, I contribute as Associate Professor and Study Programme Director, shaping curriculum, supervising student research, and promoting academic excellence.
My academic and research roles extend beyond my home institution. I act as an expert for accreditation committees across European universities and hold Latvian Council of Science expert rights, engaging in quality assurance and higher-education evaluation. At Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte, I lead research initiatives in Management Information Technology and supervise Master and Bachelor theses focusing on areas such as integration, predictive analytics, framework development, and ERP systems performance.
I am also actively involved with IEEE, where I contribute to working groups and professional communities that drive technological standards and knowledge exchange.
